Designed to meet the rigorous demands of pharmaceutical logistics, each vehicle is equipped with advanced temperature control systems and maintained through a strict servicing and replacement schedule.

We use intelligent fleet-management analytics to proactively identify maintenance needs, reducing downtime and ensuring consistent performance. Driver safety is equally prioritised through AI-powered in-cab cameras, providing real-time alerts and automated coaching to promote safe and focused driving.

Temperature Monitoring

All TEK vehicles feature triple-layer temperature monitoring for maximum assurance. Temperatures are tracked in real time via in-cab displays, GPS-linked systems, and independent on-vehicle data loggers. This ensures full compliance with GDP standards and provides immediate alerts if any deviation occurs—keeping sensitive cargo protected at all times.

Real-time visibility

Every TEK vehicle is fitted with live GPS tracking, giving full visibility of routes and delivery progress. Geofencing alerts notify our team of any unexpected stops or delays, enhancing security and reliability. Customers receive a tracking link for each shipment, allowing them to monitor their deliveries in real time from start to finish —offering full transparency, enhanced security, and peace of mind for our clients.

Enhanced security

TEK operates to TAPA TSR standards to ensure the highest level of cargo security. Our secure fleet features reinforced locks, alarms, and real-time GPS tracking with geofencing. All high-risk shipments follow pre-approved routes and use TAPA-certified secure parking. Drivers are fully vetted and trained in security procedures, and our control centre monitors all movements 24/7—ensuring cargo safety from start to finish.

TMS

MY TEK is TEK’s powerful TMS platform, giving customers full control and visibility over their shipments. With API integration, clients can book jobs, receive real-time status updates, and access key documents like PODs and temperature logs—directly from their own systems. It’s logistics made smarter, faster, and more connected.

Dual temperature capability

All TEK temperature-controlled vehicles (TCVs) are equipped with dual-temperature capability, allowing two distinct temperature zones within a single load. This enables the simultaneous transport of products requiring different storage conditions—such as +2–8°C and +15–25°C.

By consolidating multiple temperature requirements into one journey, we help clients avoid the need for separate vehicles, delivering substantial cost savings while also reducing fuel usage and CO₂ emissions. It’s a smarter, more sustainable solution for complex, multi-temp logistics.
